Announcement Regarding Organizational Restructuring and Personnel Changes Effective April 1, 2026

We hereby announce the following organizational restructuring and personnel changes effective April 1, 2026.

<Effective Date> April 1, 2026

<Organizational Restructuring> 1. Purpose The first phase of the VE Group's overall organizational restructuring was implemented on October 1, 2025, to clarify the scope of work for each business domain and identify and improve redundant tasks. As the second phase, we will implement organizational restructuring for the Solution Group and Corporate Group effective April 1, 2026.

2. Details of Organizational Restructuring (1) Solution Group - Integrate cross-company functions to implement support tasks for core businesses and increase overall company sales. - Establish a new Solution Headquarters and reorganize the "Consumer Business Department," "Production Management Department," and "Victor Studio" under its umbrella.

(2) Corporate Group - Integrate company-wide management functions. - Establish a new "Business Management Department" to consolidate functions for artist revenue management, royalty payments, and business profit distribution. - Dissolve the Legal Department as part of its development, and merge the Corporate Legal Group of the Legal Department and the General Affairs Group of the Personnel and General Affairs Department to establish a new "General Affairs and Legal Department" to strengthen corporate governance and internal control functions.
