This appointment follows the departure of former Executive Chef Daniel Calvert, who led SÉZANNE to become a world-class gastronomic destination. Daniel Calvert himself designated Lancaster as the most suitable chef to entrust with the restaurant's future, while preserving its essential philosophy and spirit.

Steven Lancaster, highly acclaimed in the global culinary scene, has honed his skills at world-renowned establishments such as "Midsummer House" in Cambridge and "Oaxen Krog" in Stockholm. In 2022, he opened his own restaurant, "Poise," in Singapore, earning a Michelin star in its inaugural year.
