The lecturer who will conduct the lectures/training is Masahiko Hara, who worked as a mechanic at Kanagawa Toyota Motor Corporation and has experience in repairing approximately 5,000 vehicles. He has conducted over 700 lectures to date, with many companies repeating his services due to high satisfaction.
A Specialized Site Accepting Lectures and Training for Automotive Industry-Related Companies
Background for Opening a Dedicated Site for Accepting Lectures for the Automotive Industry
In recent years, the automotive industry has been facing a major turning point, and the roles required of dealerships, maintenance shops, parts and accessories related companies, and logistics/service sites are also changing significantly.
At the same time, sites are grappling with issues such as labor shortages, training for younger employees, the personalization of operations, maintaining quality and safety, improving productivity, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The "genba-ryoku" (on-site capability) itself, which involves improving the quality of daily work, has become more important than ever.
Plus Drive has previously conducted lectures for various industries and companies based on concepts learned in Toyota's work sites, such as "5S," "Kaizen," and "PDCA." The automotive industry, in particular, has a high affinity with the know-how cultivated in Toyota's work sites, and the concept of simultaneously improving "safety, quality, efficiency, and human resource development" is highly applicable to areas such as maintenance shops, sales sites, dealership operations, and administrative departments.
Through the dedicated website opened this time, we have created an environment where managers, store managers, factory managers, training managers, and site leaders of automotive-related companies can easily consider lecture and training content tailored to their company's challenges and objectives.

Plus Drive Inc. aims to contribute the practical knowledge learned at Toyota's work sites back to the automotive industry and support the creation of "strong work sites" that can withstand the era of change.
