Tomoe School, an online learning platform for parents and children aged 0–2 operated by Project Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Naomi Miyamoto), will host the 'Parent-Child Online Summer Festival 2026' over four days: July 28–29 and August 4–5, 2026. Participation is free, and no prior reservation per session is required.
Parent-Child Online Summer Festival 2026
The festival will offer eight online sessions focused on enriching home life with infants and toddlers, including baby sign language, infant movement play, walking-focused baby massage, baby reflexology, postpartum walking lessons for mothers, and remote work guidance.
By registering for free membership on Tomoe School, participants can access all festival sessions. There is no need to reserve individual sessions or notify cancellations. Simply join via Zoom from a smartphone or computer at the scheduled start time of any desired session.
Additionally, in collaboration with 'Kutsu Erabi Ambassador Project by IFME,' which celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2026, special programs will be held where parents and children can gently touch their baby’s feet and enjoy interactive foot movements to strengthen parent-child communication.

Creating Connections at Home for Families Who Can’t Go Out Due to Extreme Heat
During summer, rising temperatures and heatstroke risks lead many families to avoid outings with infants.
Parents raising 0–2-year-olds often face challenges and hopes such as:
"Daily home play has become repetitive"
"I want to learn play activities that support my baby’s development"
"I’d like to talk with others and share new experiences with my child"
"I want to learn not only about parenting, but also about my own health and future work options"
To address these needs, Tomoe School has designed the 'Parent-Child Online Summer Festival 2026'—a curated collection of fun home-based activities and educational content for caregivers.
The Venue: Your Family’s Home
It’s perfectly fine if your baby cries during a session or needs feeding or a diaper change. Since cameras and microphones can be turned off, you can participate without worrying about others, prioritizing your family’s natural rhythm.
No preparation or travel is required.
Expectant parents (pre-moms and pre-dads) are also welcome to join in advance and experience life with a baby.
All 8 Sessions Are Free and Accessible via Smartphone

Kutsu Erabi Ambassador Project by IFME Celebrates 10 Years
'Kutsu Erabi Ambassador Project by IFME,' which supports children’s healthy development from the feet up, celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2026.
Tomoe School has been continuously collaborating with this project to offer parent-child programs such as:
• Gentle foot-touching massage for babies
• Rhythmic movement activities (rhythmics) for parents and children
• 'Foot-Growth Play'—play-based activities that draw attention to children’s foot and body development
• 'Kutsu Erabi Study Sessions'—learning how to choose appropriate footwear based on children’s developmental stages
Rather than one-sidedly learning complex knowledge, families can enjoyably practice these activities in daily life and naturally develop awareness of their child’s foot development.
