This year's World Cocktail Months marks a special year as M Gallery Collection ventures beyond the glass for the first time, stepping into a world of culinary dialogue where mixology meets Michelin-starred gastronomy. This program involves only 16 facilities across Europe, Asia, Australia, the Americas, and the Middle East, out of over 127 boutique hotels in the M Gallery Collection worldwide. From Japan, Hotel Sosei Sapporo M Gallery Collection has been selected as the sole participating facility.
