Ueshima Coffee House Launches Limited-Time 'Tofu Milk Coffee' Starting June 5

UCC Food Service Systems Co., Ltd., which manages the food service business for the UCC Group, will launch a new menu item, 'Tofu Milk Coffee,' at its flagship cafe chain, 'Ueshima Coffee House,' for a limited time starting Friday, June 5. Since its founding in 2003, Ueshima Coffee House has cherished the 'inheritance and evolution of Japanese cafe culture.' This 'Tofu Milk Coffee' uses high-concentration soy milk made from 100% domestic soybeans, which, when combined with double-nel drip coffee, creates a mellow and deep flavor. Furthermore, it is topped with 'Tofu Whip' and a slightly salty sauce inspired by miso dengaku as an accent. The sales period is from Friday, June 5, to late July. Prices are 800 yen for R size and 920 yen for L size (tax included). It will be available at Ueshima Coffee House locations nationwide (excluding some stores) and served iced only.
