PERSOL Business Process Design and Lacras Integrate API for Automated Labor Data Matching

Lacras Co., Ltd. and PERSOL Business Process Design Co., Ltd. have announced an API integration between the labor management tool 'MITERAS Work Visualization' and the cloud-based HR system 'Tokiwagi'. With the spread of flexible working styles like telework and flextime, grasping the discrepancy between declared attendance and actual work hours has become difficult, increasing the burden on HR departments. This integration automatically imports actual work data, based on PC logs acquired by MITERAS, directly into the Tokiwagi time card screen. This allows administrators to check for discrepancies between declared and actual work hours without logging into multiple tools. By enabling seamless verification of actual work conditions within the attendance management workflow, the partnership aims to reduce manual data import efforts, prevent long working hours, and support efficient and accurate labor management for enterprises of all sizes.
