Rittal K.K. has expanded its 'Blue e+' and 'Blue e+ S' series of energy-saving cooling units for control panels with new non-CFC models using the R-1234yf refrigerant. This low global warming potential (GWP 0.5) refrigerant helps companies comply with the strengthening F-gas regulations in Europe. The units feature an industry-first hybrid cooling technology combining compressor and heat pipe cooling, reducing energy consumption by up to 75%. They also eliminate the need for filter replacement and condensation water treatment, significantly cutting maintenance efforts.
