WhaTap Japan Introduces Integrated IT Monitoring to NEXTY Electronics' Global Business Systems

(May 26, 2026, Tokyo) WhaTap Japan, a provider of integrated IT monitoring and observability tools, announced that its WhaTap product suite has been implemented in the global order management system of NEXTY Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter NEXTY Electronics), a core company of the Toyota Tsusho Group.

NEXTY Electronics is a leading semiconductor and electronic components trading company with one of the world's largest market shares in automotive electronics technology. The company supports its global business by operating mission-critical systems for procurement, logistics, and settlement—covering 20 locations across 10 countries—from a data center in Singapore. Previously, the company faced challenges such as reliance on specific individuals for log analysis and a lack of real-time detection due to blind spots in alert settings. Additionally, sharing information with IT vendors required significant effort for data collection and report preparation, and collaboration was difficult because infrastructure and development teams did not reference the same data.

To fundamentally solve these issues and modernize global system operations, NEXTY Electronics decided to implement "WhaTap APM (Java)," "WhaTap DB Monitoring (Oracle)," and "WhaTap Server Monitoring."

The introduction of WhaTap has brought dramatic operational efficiency in three main areas:

Seamless Communication Between Departments and IT Vendors Once the cause of an error is identified, the relevant processing URL on the WhaTap platform can be shared directly with IT vendors, eliminating the need to create manual troubleshooting reports. Shared access to the same information between infrastructure and development teams has also enabled smoother collaboration.

These advancements in visualization and automation have eliminated monitoring blind spots and enabled rapid troubleshooting.
