The Heatstroke Prevention Voice-Call Project Secretariat, in partnership with Shinonsen Town, is launching a special campaign at the 'Refresh Park Yumura' hot spring in Yumura Onsen. During the event from June 8 to June 14, 2026, 1,000 bottles of Amazake will be distributed for free to visitors. This initiative is part of a joint public-private campaign to raise awareness about 'heat acclimatization' ahead of the summer heat.

Campaign details include:

1. Free Amazake Distribution: Providing Amazake, recommended for hydration before or after bathing, to the first 1,000 visitors. 2. 'Hitosuzumi Ondo': Broadcasting an educational song-and-dance routine designed for heatstroke prevention throughout the facility. 3. 'Cold Waterfall Bath': In collaboration with 'OK Onsen,' the waterfall bath in the outdoor hot spring area will be converted into a cold-water bath for the duration of the event.

This project aims to promote 'Heat Acclimatization through Bathing' in an enjoyable and accessible manner.
