The Japan Femtech Association (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter referred to as "the Association") https://j-femtech.com/ is pleased to announce that Future Corporation (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter referred to as "Future") has been certified as a "Bronze Ambassador Company" in June 2026 under the "Femtech Ambassador Company" recognition program, which visualizes corporate support for women's health and DE&I promotion.

The "Femtech Ambassador Company" program recognizes companies that promote the improvement of each employee's health literacy and mutual understanding of health challenges due to gender differences through femtech. Companies are certified in three ranks: GOLD, SILVER, and BRONZE, based on the acquisition status of the Japan Femtech Association Certified Qualification Level 3.

In recent years, understanding and supporting health challenges due to gender differences, such as menstruation, menopause, pregnancy/infertility, and hormonal fluctuations, has become an important theme for companies in promoting human capital management and DE&I. The Association believes that spreading correct basic knowledge within companies leads to the creation of a workplace environment where everyone can work comfortably and the fostering of an organizational culture of mutual understanding.

Future, certified this time, as an IT consulting group that solves social issues and designs the future, views employee health as the foundation of human capital and advocates for "Health Strategy Management." The company continuously engages in health support measures and DE&I promotion to enable each employee to demonstrate their abilities as professionals.

In addition to providing health support for employees and their families, the company holds healthcare events and consultations that can be attended by people of all genders. By creating opportunities to deepen understanding of menstruation and menopause not just as women's issues but for the entire organization, they aim to improve the health literacy of all employees.

The Japan Femtech Association Certified Qualification Level 3, offered by the Association, is a free certification qualification that can be taken in a short time via smartphone or PC. It allows users to learn about health challenges due to gender differences and basic femtech knowledge in a quiz format, and successful candidates are issued a certificate as a "Femtech Ambassador."

In this program, companies are certified in three ranks – GOLD, SILVER, and BRONZE – based on the ratio of employees who have obtained the Level 3 certification qualification to the total number of employees. Companies can use the certification logo and awards to communicate their commitment to supporting women's health and promoting DE&I both internally and externally.
