The Japan Femtech Association (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as "the Association") https://j-femtech.com/ is pleased to announce that Future Corporation (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as "Future") has been certified as a "Bronze Ambassador Company" in the "Femtech Ambassador Company" award system, which visualizes corporate support for women's health and DE&I promotion, as of June 2026.

"Femtech Ambassador Company" is an award system that recognizes companies promoting the improvement of each employee's health literacy and mutual understanding of health issues due to gender differences through femtech. Companies are certified in three ranks: GOLD, SILVER, and BRONZE, depending on the acquisition status of the Japan Femtech Association Certified Qualification Level 3.

In recent years, understanding and supporting health issues due to gender differences, such as menstruation, menopause, pregnancy/infertility, and hormonal fluctuations, has become an important theme for companies in promoting human capital management and DE&I. The Association believes that spreading correct basic knowledge within companies leads to the creation of a workplace environment where everyone can work comfortably and the fostering of an organizational culture of mutual understanding.

Future, certified this time, is an IT consulting group that solves social issues and designs the future, viewing employee health as the foundation of human capital and advocating for "Health Strategy Management." The company continuously strives to promote health support measures and DE&I so that each employee can demonstrate their abilities as professionals.

In addition to providing health support for employees and their families, the company holds healthcare events and consultations that can be attended by people of all genders. By creating opportunities to deepen understanding of issues such as menstruation and menopause not just as women's issues but as an organization, they aim to improve the health literacy of all employees.

Furthermore, since 2024, they have been holding "Mimosa Week" and "Mimosa Month" as original projects coinciding with International Women's Day, implementing initiatives to foster mutual understanding among employees. These continuous activities not only support women's health but also lead to the creation of an environment where each employee can achieve maximum performance through self-control.

Through Future's certification, the Association expects that the initiatives of companies that view health support and DE&I as important foundations for improving corporate value, and that enhance health literacy throughout the organization, will further expand.

About Future Corporation's Initiatives

Future positions employee health as the foundation of human capital and promotes "Health Strategy Management." Together with its main operating company, Future Architect Inc., the company enhances its unique health measures to enable employees to perform as professionals.

In 2014, the "Future Group Health Insurance Association" was established, creating a system that allows employees to proactively maintain and improve their own health. In addition to supporting employees themselves, it also provides health support for their dependents, with a system in place for dependents to receive standard medical check-up plans, including those for the five major cancers, free of charge.

Furthermore, through healthcare events and consultations that can be attended by people of all genders, the company provides opportunities for all employees to deepen their understanding of health issues such as menstruation and menopause.

The Japan Femtech Association Certified Qualification Level 3, offered by the Association, is a free certification qualification that can be taken in a short time via smartphone or PC. It allows users to learn basic knowledge about health issues due to gender differences and femtech in a quiz format, and successful candidates are issued a certificate as a "Femtech Ambassador."

In this system, companies are certified in three ranks—GOLD, SILVER, and BRONZE—based on the ratio of employees who have obtained the Level 3 certification qualification to the total number of employees. Companies can use the certification logo and award certificates to communicate their corporate stance on supporting women's health and promoting DE&I both internally and externally.
