Kyushu Home & Building Show 2026 to be Held, Featuring a Wide Range of Architectural Products for Homes and Commercial Facilities

The Japan Management Association (JMA, Chairman: Masami Nakamura) will hold the "Kyushu Home & Building Show 2026" for two days, from June 24 (Wednesday) to June 25 (Thursday), 2026, at the Marine Messe Fukuoka Building A.

We anticipate 52 companies and 82 booths, with an expected 10,000 visitors (including those from concurrently held exhibitions).

This exhibition showcases a wide range of architectural products for homes, commercial facilities, and urban development, including building materials, interior products, structural materials/components, equipment, and services.

It provides a valuable opportunity for direct interaction between companies and visitors, serving as a platform for PR of new products, technologies, and services, acquisition of new customers, market development, and marketing for professionals involved in construction, such as builders, house manufacturers, design offices, construction companies, developers, and renovation companies.

At the venue, visitors can experience products firsthand through demonstrations of drain pipe cleaning and inspection, as well as displays of plastering materials being shown in Japan for the first time.

Furthermore, in recent years, issues such as fires due to building deterioration, collapse of exterior walls, and damage to infrastructure facilities like water supply systems have become social problems, making countermeasures to protect buildings an urgent task. Therefore, we have newly established the "Kyushu Real Estate, Building, and Condominium Management Exhibition" this time.

The "Kyushu Home & Building Show 2026" will consist of the following four exhibitions:

- Kyushu Home Show Showcasing building materials, components, equipment, and services related to housing, from detached houses to housing complexes, condominiums, and rental properties.

- Kyushu Reform & Renovation Expo Showcasing building materials, components, equipment, and services for reform and renovation businesses.

- Kyushu Architecture Software, DX, and Business Support Expo Introducing software for managing sites and processes to support operational efficiency and profit margin improvement.

- Kyushu Real Estate, Building, and Condominium Management Exhibition Introducing cleaning services and building management software to protect buildings and enhance comfort.
