(Userbase Group), as a new board member. The Japan Institute of Finance and Economics is a think tank where members with a shared awareness of issues in Japanese IR (Investor Relations) collaborate to conduct academic research and disseminate information to society. Mr. Tomiyama is one of the leading practitioners in the IR industry, having supported the IR activities of over 1,000 listed companies and serving as a bridge between companies and investors through the operation of 'Logmi Finance,' Japan's leading IR platform.
