The Japan Inclusive Football Federation (JIFF; Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Tsuyoshi Kitazawa) announces the establishment of the 'Social Implementation Advisory Board' effective June 1, 2026, and the appointment of its members. The federation celebrated its 10th anniversary on April 1, 2026. Inclusive football became part of the football family following the 'JFA Grassroots Declaration' announced by the Japan Football Association (JFA) in 2014. Since its establishment in 2016, JIFF has been promoting the creation of an inclusive society through football. Currently, it is expanding its efforts under the 'Access for All Declaration' announced across the football world in 2024, which aims to provide diverse 'opportunities' and 'choices' for everyone to access football. For the next decade, we will promote initiatives toward social implementation under the theme of 'working, learning, and living together,' beyond the framework of football. Therefore, we have established the 'Social Implementation Advisory Board' as a system to organize issues and support organizational decision-making from multifaceted perspectives. The members are Isao Uebayashi (Professor, Japan Women's College of Physical Education), Yuya Kato (Social Innovation and Investment Foundation), Satoshi Tarumoto (Attorney), and Nobuko Hibino (Professor, Toin University of Yokohama Graduate School). JIFF will continue to promote social implementation initiatives in cooperation with various stakeholders to realize an inclusive society through football.
