The Japan CEO Association (Headquarters: Kyoto City; Representative: Chiho Tanaka), an organization aiming to realize a society where AI and people circulate and anyone with intent can challenge management, will begin hosting its 'Management Training' program in Osaka in July 2026.
This training is designed for those who are interested in management but face time, financial, or psychological barriers to pursuing an MBA, or those who find general seminars fragmented and superficial. The program allows participants to practically learn a comprehensive overview of management in a short period.
By providing management knowledge that is both theoretical and practical, the training aims to ensure participants can apply what they learn directly to actual management decisions and operations, rather than just 'knowing' the theory.
### Background of the Training
The business environment is becoming more complex year by year, due to AI advancement, recruitment difficulties, changes in funding environments, and the increasing importance of compliance.
However, for those potentially involved in future management—such as business owners, successors, aspiring entrepreneurs, executive candidates, and young leaders—opportunities to systematically learn management are not always plentiful.
While there are options like full-scale MBA programs, many find them difficult to pursue due to time and cost. Furthermore, single-session management seminars often result in fragmented knowledge, making it difficult to understand how to apply it in practice.
Therefore, the Japan CEO Association planned this training as a space to systematically learn the necessary knowledge for management in a short period and connect it to practice.
### Features of the Training
This training carefully selects essential management theories and frameworks taught in MBA programs that are truly used in the field.
The program was created by management professionals who possess MBA-level knowledge and have actually utilized and verified this knowledge in management settings.
Over the course of six sessions, the training covers key themes necessary for management, including product creation, marketing/branding, business strategy, organization/HR, accounting/fund management, and compliance/legal contracts.
Instead of just providing knowledge, the training focuses on helping participants understand through decision-making and problem-solving scenarios, making it easier for them to bring back to their own businesses.
This training is suitable for those currently involved in management, as well as those who may be in the future. Specific target audiences include aspiring entrepreneurs, successors, executives, business owners, managers, and executive candidates.
