World Yuru Sports Association Unveils Three New Sports: 'Comedy', 'Mitsubachibee', and 'Volleybomb'

The General Incorporated Association World Yuru Sports Association (Representative: Tomohiro Sawada, Headquarters: Chuo City, Tokyo; hereinafter referred to as 'World Yuru Sports Association') has newly developed three sports: 'Comedy', 'Mitsubachibee', and 'Volleybomb'. These three sports are primarily designed for implementation in corporate training programs and sports festivals.

'Comedy' – Cats Defend Rice Bales, Mice Try to Steal Them

A two-team match (Team A vs Team B), with a recommended 5–8 players per team.

An intellectual and courageous battle where offense and defense switch every turn. This new sport delivers kabaddi-level tension while maintaining the safety design of tag rugby. The number of players on the court fluctuates dramatically every 24 seconds, and eliminated teammates return one after another, keeping participants engaged until the very end.

'Mitsubachibee' – Become Bees and Protect Your Hive

A two-team match, with a recommended 6–10 players per team.

A dodgeball-style game based on Dodgebee, played in alternating 24-second turns. Even catching the disc results in immediate elimination if you touch the incoming flying disc. Ringing the bell attached to the opponent’s hive triggers the 'Hive Poke' mode, instantly reversing the momentum and turning the court into a frenzy.

'Volleybomb' – Volleyball That Explodes at Zero

A two-team match, with up to three players per team.

A thrilling ball game blending suspense and psychological warfare, where a countdown begins during rallies. The team that touches the ball or drops it in their own court at the exact moment the countdown reaches '0' suffers an explosion and loses a point. Will you trust your teammate and pass the ball, or deliberately hand it over to the opponent? At the end of this mind game lies an unprecedented, tension-filled rally experience.
