- Part 1: "Society Broadens Through Japanese Language Education" - Part 2: "Diverse Support from Infancy to Adulthood"

For the third session, we are pleased to welcome Suemi Sugimoto from the University of Tsukuba Graduate School as our speaker.

Ms. Sugimoto will share her experiences as a person with foreign roots, reflecting on her feelings during Japanese language learning and school life, her career path, and the reasons she decided to pursue research.

She will also discuss how she wants to use her experiences to benefit the next generation, and the challenges and possibilities visible only to someone who has been through it.

This will be a valuable opportunity for anyone involved in supporting children with foreign roots, as well as those interested in education and multicultural coexistence, to find hints for thinking about the "future" of children.
