LIVING TECH Conference 2026 Announced for August in Osaka and December in Tokyo, Featuring 15 Lectures at JAPAN BUILD

The LIVING TECH ASSOCIATION, JAPAN, (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Directors: Tomohiro Yamashita, Mai Maruyama) will hold the 'LIVING TECH Conference 2026.'

This year marks the 8th iteration of the conference, an event that aims to create practical, cross-industry alliances. It seeks to solve social and lifestyle challenges, realize resident well-being, and create value in housing and real estate by leveraging cutting-edge technology and trends.

Continuing from last year, it has been decided that a total of 15 lectures will be held at two venues, Osaka and Tokyo, within the 'JAPAN BUILD' exhibition for advanced technology in architecture, civil engineering, and real estate (Organizer: RX Japan). On June 11, the seminar program for the preceding Osaka exhibition was released and registration for attendance began.

LIVING TECH Conference 2026 Tokyo | Within JAPAN BUILD TOKYO Dates: Wednesday, December 2 - Friday, December 4, 2026 Venue: Tokyo Big Sight Number of Lectures: 9 total (held daily during the exhibition)

▼ About the LIVING TECH Conference The LIVING TECH Conference is a business conference held annually since 2017, before the association's establishment (excluding 2019 during the setup period). While focusing on the popularization of smart homes, the conference uses 'Living x Technology' as a keyword to foster discussions among speakers from various industries. They share perspectives, insights, and ideas unique to their fields to address challenges, create new businesses, and expand markets.

Past conferences have featured over 70 seminars, with about 300 speakers and over 5,000 attendees. Participants come from a wide range of sectors, including housing, real estate, construction, appliance/building material/home appliance/automotive manufacturers, IT firms, energy, insurance, finance, service industries, and local governments.

This year, starting with the JAPAN BUILD OSAKA seminar information released on June 11, we are announcing the six sessions for the Osaka exhibition. These sessions will provide updated information on 'industry trends,' 'latest case studies,' 'solving social issues,' 'user perspectives,' and 'Matter, the global smart home standard,' offering a rich variety of topics.

All sessions will feature a Q&A system to take questions from the audience during the seminars. We hope to contemplate the future of living, lifestyle, and technology together with you. A networking event (with light food and drinks) is also planned after the final session on the last day.
