Spice's representative directors participating in a supervised program
"We want to make our existing programs more effective." "We'd like to collaborate with schools, but lack expertise in education." "We want to conduct training, but don't know how to design it."
To corporate and organizational staff facing these challenges:
General Incorporated Association Spice (Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture; Representative Directors Hinano Gunji and Hitomi Komaki) is launching full-scale educational program development and supervision services for corporations and educational institutions. Consultations are welcome even at the early ideation stage—"We're not sure what we want to create yet."
About General Incorporated Association Spice
The two representative directors majored in instructional and educational technology at Chiba University’s Graduate School. While possessing theoretical foundations for designing "what" and "how" people learn, they also maintain practical insights through daily engagement with youth aged 10–20 via the operation of "Chiba Youth Center PRISM."
By integrating academic expertise with real-world experience, Spice delivers educational programs that avoid being mere theoretical exercises.
Awards: 15th Chiba Collaboration Award (Chiba Prefectural Governor's Prize), 2nd PLIJ STEAM & Inquiry Grand Prix (hosted by Chiba University, with partial collaboration by Spice)

Case Studies
Case 1: Supervision of an entrepreneurship education program for children with diverse backgrounds | NPO Corporation Diversity Kobo (Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture)
We participated in supervising an entrepreneurship education program designed to foster self-efficacy among children with diverse backgrounds, including developmental characteristics.
The client lacked experience in designing entrepreneurship education and needed support from the very beginning—"How should we even think about this?" Spice provided continuous guidance on overall program design and session-specific support strategies, enabling the client to proceed with full understanding of the rationale behind each design decision.
As a result, staff members’ approaches to and perspectives on children evolved. In February 2026, the "Platform Children's Market" will be held, where children will offer products and experiences based on their strengths and interests to visitors, creating opportunities to connect with society.
Case 2: Enhancement of a career education workshop to pass on family businesses to the next generation | Kanyo Soken
Responding to the desire to "further enhance educational impact," we were commissioned to supervise a workshop where parents and children discuss family businesses.
Spice began by narrowing down the workshop’s purpose—from "who" it targets and "what" it delivers—aligning the program structure with the target age group through multiple dialogues. We then reviewed the facilitation flow, teaching materials, and difficulty levels according to participants’ age, refining it into a new workshop that fosters children’s agency and identity formation.
The workshop, implemented on September 15, 2025, welcomed five parent-child pairs from family-run businesses.
Case 3: Development and operation of a high school entrepreneurship education program in collaboration with local government | Chiba Park Startup Challenge 2024 (Chiba City)
As a member of the Chiba Entrepreneurship Education Consortium "Seedlings of Chiba," we led the development and operation of the city’s first entrepreneurship program specifically for high school students.
Seven high school students experienced the entire process—from ideating a business plan to negotiating with partners and implementing a B2C venture. During negotiation sessions for cooperation requests, students faced real tension, not knowing whether responses would come back, and created breakthroughs through their own initiative.
