The Ryobi Group held a groundbreaking ceremony on June 8, 2026, for the E-Building tower condominium, which marks the start of the second phase of the 'Mori no Machi development project' currently underway in central Okayama. Approximately 30 people involved in the development attended the ceremony at the construction site to pray for the safety of the construction.
'Mori no Machi Grace' is a staged urban development project led by the Ryobi Group on a site of approximately 3.8 hectares, including the former Ito-Yokado Okayama store. Phase I, which integrated residence, office, commercial, and healthcare functions, had its grand opening in September 2022.
The E-Building tower condominium, for which construction has now begun, is the first project of Phase II, aiming to further enhance the value of urban living with a target completion date of February 2029. Planned common facilities include a garden terrace, library lounge, and sky lounge. The project aims to realize a new form of urban living with safety and security features such as seismic isolation structures and facial recognition systems.
