Chubu Seiki and Link T&B Launch Demonstration of Portable EV Fast Charger with Vehicle Authentication Module

Chubu Seiki Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of power measurement equipment and provider of EV charging installation services, and Link T&B, a Nagoya University-originated startup specializing in EV charging solutions, have launched a demonstration of a portable EV fast charger equipped with a vehicle authentication module at Chubu Seiki's headquarters.

Key points of the announcement include the commencement of the demonstration, the verification of 'Plug & Charge' functionality—which allows for automatic authentication and payment upon plugging in the cable—and the evaluation of performance for commercialization.
