It features a base of lactic acid bacteria-flavored kohaku-kan topped with a sweet and sour lemon-kan, depicting swallows and white clouds against a summer sky. The packaging features a swallow design by Kyoto textile brand 'SOU SOU'. Available from May 15th until late June, it offers a refreshing dual-layered treat perfect for the early summer season. Refrigerating before eating is recommended for the best experience.
