Content: In accordance with Article 17 of the Issuance and Conversion Regulations for Genewant 3.
The issuing company shall exercise its bond redemption right from October 13, 2026 (Year 115) to November 11, 2026 (Year 115). The redemption price will be 100.0000% of the bond's face value.
(1) According to Article 17(1) of the Issuance and Conversion Regulations for the Company’s Third Domestic Secured Convertible Bond, from the day after the bond has been outstanding for three full months (January 24, 2026) until forty days before maturity (September 13, 2027), if the closing price of the Company’s common shares exceeds 130% of the current conversion price for thirty consecutive trading days, the Company may, within the subsequent thirty trading days, send a 'Bond Redemption Notice' via registered mail to bondholders (the list of bondholders as of five business days prior to the mailing date shall apply; investors acquiring the bond thereafter due to trading or other reasons shall be notified by public announcement). The Company shall also notify the Taipei Exchange (TPEx) to publicly announce the exercise of the redemption right. Within five business days following the bond redemption benchmark date, the Company shall redeem all outstanding bonds in cash at face value.
(2) Bond redemption period: October 13, 2026 to November 11, 2026 Securities dealer acceptance period: October 12, 2026 to November 10, 2026

(4) Date of termination of OTC trading: November 12, 2026
(5) Redemption price per bond: NT$100,000
(6) Redemption payment disbursement date: November 18, 2026. Payments will be delivered to bondholders via bank transfer or mailed check. Transfer fees (postage) will be deducted directly from the redemption amount.
(7) Redemption procedure: Bondholders must bring (1) their securities passbook and (2) the seal registered with their Central Depository account to their brokerage firm to complete the 'Application Form for Book-Entry Conversion/Redemption/Repurchase of Convertible Bonds' (indicating 'redemption'). After receiving the application, the securities firm will submit it to the Taiwan Central Securities Depository (TCSD). Upon TCSD’s acceptance, the application will be forwarded to the Company’s share agent and becomes effective upon delivery.
Warning: Bondholders eligible to request conversion who fail to submit a written conversion request by November 13, 2026, will have their entire bond holdings redeemed in cash at face value by the Company.
