(Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tomoyuki Komori) will offer special summer menus for a limited period from Monday, June 1, 2026, to Monday, August 31, 2026, at three hotel restaurants they operate: 'All-Day Dining Grand Air' (located in Ariake, Koto-ku, and Haneda Airport, Ota-ku) and 'Il Ristorante Tokyo' (located in Haneda Airport, Ota-ku).

At 'All-Day Dining Grand Air' (hereinafter, All-Day Dining Grand Air Tokyo Ariake) located within Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake in the Tokyo Bay Area, a passionate Spanish cuisine fair themed 'Spain' will be held.

At 'Il Ristorante Tokyo' within Hotel Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda Airport, directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3, and 'All-Day Dining Grand Air' (hereinafter, All-Day Dining Grand Air Haneda Airport) within Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport, they will respectively offer '2026 Summer Fair' and 'Summer Spicy Buffet,' providing a variety of dishes to fully enjoy summer with spiciness, coolness, and aroma.

Eel with Kaga Bocha An, Seared Bonito with Ravigote Sauce

For 'Eel with Kaga Bocha An', the eel is delicately grilled to remove excess fat, concentrating its flavor while making it fluffy and aromatic. Layered with Kaga Bocha (roasted green tea) an (paste), the gentle roasted aroma and subtle astringency enhance the eel's sweetness. The cucumber marinated in sanbaizu vinegar served with the eel adds a light acidity that balances the dish.

In 'Seared Bonito with Ravigote Sauce', the bonito is fragrant with a smoky aroma from being seared over straw, while remaining moist inside to bring out its flavor. Ravigote sauce is an acidic sauce that pairs particularly well with fish dishes, and 'ravigote' in French means 'to revive' or 'to restore energy'. Paired with meltingly soft grilled eggplant and a sauce enhanced with finely chopped aromatic vegetables, it offers a refreshing acidity and light texture as an accent.
