Sumitomo Real Estate Shומים Management Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Naoto Yamamoto) announced that it will establish a pick-up and drop-off point for "Codomobi®", a children's transportation service provided by TOPPAN Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; President: Haruhiko Noguchi), within its complex commercial facility "Ariake Garden" (Koto-ku, Tokyo) starting June 2026.

In recent years, with the increase in dual-income households leading to greater time constraints, the "burden of pick-up and drop-off" due to the diversification of extracurricular activities has become a significant issue in urban areas. The Ariake area has a high concentration of families with children, and this facility will support the spread of this service to meet such needs.

Ariake Garden currently hosts 19 children's extracurricular activity classes, functioning as a "hub for extracurricular activities" in the region. The environment, where diverse genres such as cram schools, English conversation, music, and gymnastics are available within a single facility, is rare in Tokyo, offering high convenience for both parents and children. We believe that this characteristic will lead to further improvements in user convenience through the combination of "extracurricular activities × transportation services".

With the introduction of "Codomobi®", an environment where children can travel safely will be established, and a reduction in the burden of pick-up and drop-off for parents is expected. Improved access to extracurricular activities will broaden children's growth opportunities and contribute to the revitalization of educational and cultural activities in the community. Through these initiatives, Ariake Garden will further enhance its role as a facility that supports child-rearing in the community.

The pick-up and drop-off point for the children's transportation service "Codomobi®" is located on the 1st floor of the Ariake Garden premises.
