Minoh Junior Chamber to Host 'NO LIMIT: You are the protagonist of this town' Experiential Event

The Minoh Junior Chamber (President: Shoichi Kamijima; Location: 4-2-43 Kayano, Minoh City, Osaka) will host an experiential event titled 'NO LIMIT: You are the protagonist of this town' in the area around Minoh Station on Saturday, June 20, 2026.

This project aims to help children develop an attachment to Minoh City. By collaborating with local companies, organizations, and shopping streets, the event will provide numerous opportunities for children to see, touch, and try out real-world jobs.

Scheduled activities include train conductor broadcasting experiences with Hankyu Corporation, donut decorating, banking, and garbage truck painting, among others, all in collaboration with local businesses.

By uniting local enterprises, shopping districts, and civic groups to transform the area around Minoh Station into an event venue, the initiative seeks to create an opportunity for not only children but also residents and visitors to experience the charm of Minoh.

● Planning Background Aiming for a 'Minoh you want to visit again.' Currently, Minoh City is gaining significant attention due to the extension of the Kita-Osaka Kyuko Railway. However, the area around Hankyu Minoh Station is becoming a mere 'transit point' for people heading toward the waterfall or Katsuo-ji Temple, leading to a decrease in opportunities for children to interact with local businesses and operators. Therefore, the Minoh Junior Chamber planned this project to create opportunities for children to meet local workers and feel a 'connection to the town' through hands-on experience. We hope to provide a day where children can 'know,' 'learn,' and 'enjoy' while interacting with adults in the community, thereby nurturing an attachment to Minoh. Furthermore, through this event, we hope to generate points of contact between children and local shopping streets and businesses, serving as a trigger to bring back human traffic and vitality to the area around Hankyu Minoh Station.
