[Free Admission] Harmony delivered by young musicians from Shikoku. A first-time classical experience for children and adults alike.

The Yonden Cultural Foundation contributes to the development of arts and culture in Shikoku. Established 35 years ago by Shikoku Electric Power Co., Inc., its mission is to support young artists and provide broad opportunities for appreciation. One of the foundation's flagship events, the 'Furusato Concert,' will be held again this year on Thursday, July 16, at the main hall of Rexxam Hall.

The concert features young musicians from Shikoku. The foundation, which has supported these dedicated artists, organized this event to lower the barriers to classical music for both performers and the audience. Admission is free, making it a valuable opportunity for those who have never had the chance to experience classical music or parents who want their children to hear authentic performances. (Note: The concert is for elementary school students and older.)

The program includes not only orthodox classical pieces but also familiar melodies. This year, we welcome composer and pianist Tomohito Matsushita as a guest. Please enjoy this special, one-night-only performance.
