The Saga Industrial Promotion Organization Saga Industry Future Creation Base (hereinafter referred to as "RYO-FU BASE") will hold a skills development seminar (3rd session) as part of the "SAGA Woman Work Design Project," which supports the diverse career development of women, in collaboration with Saga Prefecture.

This seminar will be held as a concurrent event to "SAGA x WOMAN EXPO 2026" on Saturday, July 25th. We aim to create an opportunity for new discoveries and encounters by participating in conjunction with "SAGA x WOMAN EXPO 2026," which focuses on themes such as work styles, careers, and lifestyles.

In Saga Prefecture, there are women who find it difficult to envision their future selves due to a lack of opportunities to meet role models. There are also cases where there are insufficient opportunities to organize one's own potential and "what you want to do." This seminar will address these challenges by implementing an experiential program that uses non-verbal work with clay to visualize unspoken thoughts and emotions, allowing participants to grasp the outline of their own "what you want to do." Unlike traditional lecture formats, by incorporating work that involves physical sensations, we provide an opportunity to broaden thinking frameworks and lead to new insights and actions.
