The Osaka Industrial Bureau Foundation (headquartered in Chuo-ku, Osaka City; Chairman: Junzo Tachino, hereinafter referred to as Osaka Industrial Bureau), which operates the women entrepreneurs support project 'DISCOVER MYSELF' for women entrepreneurs in the Kansai region, has opened entry applications for the business plan presentation event 'LED Kansai powered by Osaka Shinkin Bank' starting Thursday, July 9, 2026.
'LED Kansai powered by Osaka Shinkin Bank' (hereinafter 'LED Kansai') is a 'business plan presentation event for women' that begins with a single business plan sheet. Rather than competing on the quality of business plans, the event aims to provide networking opportunities with over 110 supporter and partner organizations—including private companies and support institutions—as well as experienced entrepreneurs from various fields, creating an entry point into a community where participants can continue growing regardless of life stage changes.
This year's project theme is 'THE BLOOM — accumulated feelings, now in full bloom.'
The sense of discomfort felt in daily life, or the sincere desire to 'make someone happy.'
We believe that each woman's unique 'perspective' is the driving force that can move a stagnant society and create new value and future.
At LED Kansai, we aim to nurture these heartfelt ideas into viable businesses that society needs, rather than letting them remain mere dreams. By connecting with over 110 supporters, partners, and senior entrepreneurs, we support women in realizing their 'passions' and scaling their businesses, empowering each individual to bloom in their own way by transforming their accumulated experiences and aspirations into strength.
Until the moment these passionate ideas blossom into businesses rooted in society,
LED Kansai will continue running alongside these challengers.

About the Business Plan Presentation Event 'LED Kansai'
A business plan presentation event designed to support the growth of women entrepreneurs, starting from a single business plan sheet. Its greatest feature is that it is not a 'contest' competing on business plan quality, but a 'presentation event (matching event)' aimed at gathering supporters for women entrepreneurs.
From among many applicants, 10 finalists will be selected to secure concrete support (matching) from over 110 supporter and partner companies to advance their businesses, thereby supporting the realization of women's 'passions' and 'dreams' across various fields.
