'SAMURAI BLUE Festival' to be held at MIYASHITA PARK from June 11-28

The Japan Football Association (JFA) has announced the 'SAMURAI BLUE Festival,' a real-world event to support the SAMURAI BLUE (Japan National Team), taking place at MIYASHITA PARK in Shibuya, Tokyo, from Thursday, June 11 to Sunday, June 28, 2026.

Under the team's slogan 'FOR OUR GREATEST STAGE 2026,' and with special cooperation from nine partner companies of the Japan National Team, the event will feature various booths and activities based on the concept of a traditional Japanese 'matsuri' (festival). The goal is to bring people together, share the excitement, and expand the circle of support for SAMURAI BLUE as they take on the world during this period.

The rooftop 'Shibafu Hiroba' (Lawn Square) on the 4th floor will be decorated with blue 'supporting lanterns,' the team color of SAMURAI BLUE, painting the early summer Shibuya in blue. For the production of these lanterns, JFA is seeking support through crowdfunding. The names and messages of the first 80 supporters will be printed and displayed on the lanterns. The recruitment period for this crowdfunding is from Saturday, April 25 to Wednesday, May 6.

Other highlights include festival-themed game booths, photo spots, and original food menus inspired by the color blue. Additionally, a 'JFA POP UP STORE' will open in the 2nd-floor atrium of the South building, selling official merchandise featuring traditional Japanese motifs. Digital signage throughout the facility will also feature support advertisements from the nine partner companies.

Through this vibrant and unified space, JFA aims to create an experience of reaching the 'greatest scenery' together. Everyone is welcome to stop by the SAMURAI BLUE Festival.
