Youth Challenges Build the Future: Call for Nominations for the 'Youth Power Award'

The Japan Youth Leader Association is pleased to announce that it will begin accepting nominations (self-nominations or recommendations) for the 18th Youth Power Award starting Monday, June 1, 2026. This award recognizes young people aged 39 and under who tackle social issues with free thinking and action, as well as individuals and organizations dedicated to their development. We invite you to nominate young people who are making a positive impact in fields such as social issue resolution, regional revitalization, education, technology, and international cooperation. Eligibility includes the 'Youth Leader Award' for outstanding next-generation leaders up to age 39, and the 'Youth Leader Support Award' for individuals or organizations that support the development of next-generation leaders (open to those 40 and older). Selection criteria include social impact, future potential, action, and uniqueness. The award ceremony will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2027, at Roppongi Hills.
