Lida-KY Subsidiaries Announce Cash Dividend Distribution

2. Type and Amount of Dividend Distribution:

(1) Lida (China) Electromechanical Co., Ltd. will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 19,870,000 to its parent company, Lida Hong Kong Holdings Limited.

(2) Lida Hong Kong Holdings Limited will distribute a cash dividend of HKD 22,060,000 to its parent company, Wai Shun International Limited.

(3) Wai Shun International Limited will distribute a cash dividend of HKD 22,060,000 to its parent company, Lida Holdings Limited.
