Tackling Japan's Social Security and Workforce Crisis! 'Executive Brain Strategy' Wellness Symposium to be Held in Nagoya on July 16, 2026

Particularly severe are the 'aging of executives' and 'business succession issues' among small and medium-sized enterprises, which account for 99.7% of all businesses and serve as the foundation of the Japanese economy. Cognitive decline in executives leads directly to sudden business closures, job losses for employees, and the contraction of local economies.
