LINE Photo Consultation Service Launched, Born from Over 38,000 Liposuction and Breast Augmentation Cases

THE CLINIC (Operated by: THE CLINIC Institute, Location: Tokyo, Representative: Masanori Ohashi), a specialized clinic for liposuction and breast augmentation, which has addressed the concerns and aspirations of many guests from initial consultations to revisions of procedures performed at other clinics and complex cases, has launched a LINE photo consultation service as a new channel to share conditions via photos before visiting the clinic and discuss concerns and questions.

This service is not merely an expansion of online consultations but an initiative to broaden opportunities for sharing conditions and concerns before visiting the clinic. Leveraging extensive experience and knowledge from over 23,800 liposuction cases and 13,800 fat grafting breast augmentation cases*, we aim to create an environment where individuals living far away or those hesitant to consult can more easily obtain information for decision-making.

In THE CLINIC's over 19 years of practice, among those who visited for liposuction or breast augmentation consultations, there have been cases where individuals hesitated to consult due to anxieties about risks, downtime, and outcomes, or due to past procedures and counseling experiences.

A feature of this service is that physicians from a specialized clinic with over 38,000 cases of experience in liposuction and breast augmentation will review the consultation details. Instead of a standardized response, based on the photos and the content of the concerns, they will provide comments from a specialized perspective on the possibilities of procedures and potential approaches, taking into account each individual's condition.

THE CLINIC is a specialized clinic focusing on liposuction and breast augmentation (fat grafting). Since its opening in 2007, as a specialized clinic, we have focused on the field of fat for 19 years, honing our knowledge and skills. We have a cumulative track record of 24,200 liposuction cases and 14,200 breast augmentation cases (as of the end of June 2010-2026), and currently handle approximately 2,000 cases annually. Conducting Technical Training Seminars for Doctors

As a technical training institution for VASER liposuction and condensed fat grafting breast augmentation, we regularly hold seminars for physicians from other clinics and work to share knowledge regarding liposuction and breast augmentation. To date, we have provided training to a cumulative total of 541 individuals over 75 sessions (as of the end of June 2026).

Academic Achievements through Academic Societies, Papers, and Books

The "Textbook of Liposuction for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons," authored by Director General Dr. Masanori Ohashi as the lead author, has been published as a book for physicians on liposuction. As a clinic, we continuously present our knowledge of liposuction and breast augmentation at academic societies both domestically and internationally, with a track record of 70 cumulative academic presentations and 16 published papers (as of the end of June 2026). Handling of Revision Consultations and Revision Surgeries After Procedures at Other Clinics

We also handle consultations for revision surgeries for guests who have concerns or feel discomfort with the results of procedures performed at other clinics. Re-operations involving tissue that has already been treated require different experience and judgment than initial surgeries. Based on the knowledge cultivated as a specialized clinic for liposuction and breast augmentation, our clinic emphasizes pre-operative assessment and careful judgment.

All resident physicians hold certifications as Certified Physicians of Condensed Rich Fat (CRF) Therapy and VASER Lipo Certified Physicians, ensuring a consistent level of specialized skills. Furthermore, the clinic as a whole includes specialists and instructors from a wide range of fields, including the Japan Society of Aesthetic Surgery (JSAS, JSAPS), as well as plastic surgery, general surgery, internal medicine, and urology.

In August 2024, THE CLINIC Tokyo was certified as an "Anesthesiology Certified Facility" after an examination by the Japanese Society of Anesthesiology.
