5. Background of the Incident (Including Subject of Litigation): Our legal representative has received a civil judgment from the Taiwan Taipei District Court. The judgment is as follows:

The defendant shall pay NT$7,000,000 (New Taiwan Dollars Seven Million) to Qunying Digital Technology Co., Ltd., together with interest calculated at an annual rate of 5% from October 10, 2019 (Republic Era 108) until the date of repayment, and such payment shall be received by the plaintiff on behalf.

The litigation costs shall be borne by the defendant.

The first part of this judgment may be provisionally enforced upon the plaintiff providing a security deposit of NT$2,340,000 for the defendant. However, the defendant may avoid provisional enforcement by pre-depositing NT$7,000,000 as security for the plaintiff.
