厚生労働省委託事業「共育（トモイク）プロジェクト」は、男女問わず安心して仕事と育児を両立できる職場環境づくりを推進するため、「企業版両親学級」の開催支援を希望する企業の募集を開始しました。
「企業版両親学級」とは、従業員とその配偶者・パートナー等に対し、仕事と育児の両立や育児休業取得の必要性、家庭内の家事・育児分担等に関する理解と気付きを促すために、企業が主体となって実施する“学びの場”です。

※本取組は、企業版両親学級の開催支援を希望する企業からの応募を受け付けるものです。
※ご応募内容をもとに、実施の可否や進め方について検討のうえ、ご相談させていただきます（応募をもって開催が確定するものではありません。）。
