6. Response Measures:

a) Due to the continuous impact of Typhoon 'Maysak' and its residual circulation, flooding, river backflow, and reservoir collapse occurred in multiple areas of Guangxi, affecting the Company's Guangxi Guigang Plant, resulting in equipment damage. The plant is estimated to suspend operations for approximately one month. To ensure uninterrupted supply to customers, the Company has activated emergency response mechanisms and will temporarily shift production and supply support to the Yingde Plant in Guangdong, minimizing the impact on overall operations.

b) All staff at the Guangxi Guigang Plant are safe and unharmed. The Company has activated internal care and assistance mechanisms and will make every effort to support affected employees and the local community in post-disaster recovery and reconstruction.

c) The actual financial and business impact of this incident is currently under assessment and cannot be reasonably estimated at this time. However, the Guangxi Guigang Plant is covered by property insurance, and related losses will be processed through insurance claims procedures. The Guangxi Guigang Plant accounts for approximately 2.1% of the Company's consolidated revenue in 2025. A special task force has been established and dispatched to the site to conduct inspections and post-disaster recovery operations. Any significant developments will be announced in accordance with relevant regulations.
