Japan's Largest Japan-Taiwan Business Matching Event "Japan-Taiwan Business Expo" to be Held

The Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan (equivalent to Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) and TAITRA Taiwan Trade Center (Taiwan's public trade promotion organization, equivalent to Japan's JETRO) will hold the "Japan-Taiwan Business Expo" for three days from July 15 (Wed) to July 17 (Fri), 2026, at the Tokyo Sumitomo Building Sankaku Hiroba in Shinjuku, Tokyo.

This business matching event aims to promote business collaboration between Japan and Taiwan by introducing a diverse range of products, technologies, and services from Taiwanese companies to Japanese companies, covering advanced technologies such as AI, ICT, and robotics, as well as food, lifestyle goods, healthcare, and EV/mobility.

The venue will showcase products, technologies, and solutions from various Taiwanese companies, including AI utilization solutions, medical DX/manufacturing DX, drones, robots, EV/mobility, energy-related products, Taiwanese fruits, teas, and seasonings, innovative lifestyle goods, and home disaster preparedness products. Many solutions are also expected to be introduced and utilized in public facilities and local government administrative services.

This business matching event has been held worldwide since 2017, including in Malaysia, Germany, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Thailand, the United States, Poland, and Japan. Many companies have participated in each country, receiving high praise. This will be the second time it is held in Japan, following its debut in 2023.
