Taipei Focuses on AI and Smart Healthcare: 10 Taipei-Based Companies to Exhibit at TAIWAN EXPO JAPAN 2026 in Tokyo

The Taipei City Government will exhibit at TAIWAN EXPO JAPAN 2026, held from July 15 to 17 at the Sumitomo Triangle Plaza in Shinjuku, Tokyo.

Under the theme "Smart Tech・Innovative Taipei," the "Taipei Smart Tech Pavilion" will be launched, featuring 10 Taipei-based companies representing AI, information and communication technology (ICT), and smart healthcare sectors. These companies will present advanced solutions tailored to Japan's growing demands in digital transformation (DX), elderly care, and smart city development.

The pavilion is organized around two main themes: "Smart Healthcare" and "Enterprise Smart Solutions." In the Smart Healthcare section, exhibits include non-contact biometric sensing, Smart Lab systems, fall detection, and air quality management. The Enterprise Solutions segment showcases AI-powered voice recognition and translation, corporate IT outsourcing, smart parking management, fraud prevention systems, and AI computing resource rental services.

Responding to rising market needs driven by AI adoption, DX expansion, and an aging society, the pavilion aims to let visitors experience the transformative value of Taipei's innovations in industry and daily life, while fostering new business partnerships between Taiwanese and Japanese enterprises.
