Kurokawa Judicial Scrivener Office (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) is pleased to announce that Representative Judicial Scrivener Satoshi Kurokawa has been awarded by the Director of the Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau, marking 20 years since his registration as a judicial scrivener. This award recognizes his more than 20 years of service in judicial scrivener duties and his contribution to the development of legal administration and the judicial scrivener system. Since registering in 2006, Mr. Kurokawa has focused his practice on debt settlement and resolving debt issues. To date, he has handled over 15,000 consultations and requests regarding debt problems and life reconstruction, including voluntary liquidation, bankruptcy, civil rehabilitation, claims for overpayment, and statute of limitations invocation. At the time of opening, the overpayment issue caused by gray-zone interest rates was a major social problem, and since then, the nature of consultations has changed with the times, including the COVID-19 pandemic and rising prices. The office provides legal support for life reconstruction while standing by each client. Mr. Kurokawa also holds a CFP® (Level 1 Financial Planning Technician) certification, allowing him to provide advice from a multi-faceted perspective, including household budget improvement and future planning, in addition to legal procedures.
