Infinity LLC Hosts Wellness Event for Working Women Focused on 'Lack of Mental Space' at Panasonic Beauty Omotesando on International Day of Yoga (June 21)

Wellness community 'Free Life LAB,' operated by Infinity LLC (Representatives: Haruka Hoshino, Kei Mizutani, Eriko Kumagai), will hold a wellness event for working women titled 'Inner Beauty YOGA vol.2 | My beauty that fills from within' at Panasonic Beauty Omotesando (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo) on Sunday, June 21, 2026, for the International Day of Yoga.

This is the second installment of the popular event, with the first session in February 2026 filling up just two days after registration opened.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' 'Survey on Time Use and Leisure Activities,' Japanese women spend approximately three times more time on household duties than men (approx. 3 hours 56 minutes vs. 1 hour 19 minutes), making it difficult for working women to secure time for self-care or reduce domestic burdens. Furthermore, women in their 30s-50s are particularly prone to losing 'mental space' in their daily lives.

A pre-event survey conducted by Free Life LAB (167 respondents) revealed that many participants felt they lacked mental capacity and wanted to organize their feelings, indicating that a 'lack of mental space'—rather than just lack of time—is a major barrier to self-care. Additionally, 84.2% of respondents expressed a strong desire to make self-care a daily habit.

In response, this event will feature yoga focused on 'breathing, spine, and meditation.' The session aims to release tension and create inner space through deep breathing and gentle movement. After the yoga session, attendees can experience the latest beauty appliances available at Panasonic Beauty Omotesando.
