In large factories and high-ceilinged logistics warehouses, overall air conditioning efficiency is low, often resulting in harsh temperature conditions in work zones. Additionally, traditional 'remotely located shared rest areas' require significant physical effort just for round-trip travel, making timely hydration and cooldown (frequent breaks) difficult in practice.

High Insulation and Environmental Consideration Walls and ceilings use non-CFC, flame-retardant insulated panels with low-global-warming-potential (GWP) foaming agents (HFO), blocking external heat and maintaining a comfortable indoor environment with minimal power.

'Air-tightness' and 'Heat Shielding' using Cleanroom Technology Synergistic effects from doors applying cleanroom door technology (air-tightness: equivalent to Class A-4), double-glazed windows, and a 'double-insulated ceiling structure' that suppresses radiant heat achieve highly energy-efficient operation.

Mechanical Ventilation System Compliant with MHLW Standards The interior standardly ensures a ventilation rate of '187 m³/h,' compliant with Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) occupational health standards.
