Toda City, Saitama Prefecture, will sign an agreement with the General Incorporated Association Saitama Civil Engineering Facilities Maintenance Association regarding 'Disaster Recovery Support Operations'.
This agreement outlines cooperation in recovery operations when facilities managed by Toda City—including roads, rivers, and water and sewage systems—are damaged due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, accidents, or other incidents.
In conjunction with the signing of the agreement, a formal signing ceremony will be held as follows:
