Designed with consideration for the Soshigaya-Okura townscape, which is lined with low-rise residences, we emphasized a sense of volume and layout plan that harmonizes with the surrounding environment. We aimed to create a building that is not only for its residents but also naturally accepted by the people living in this town, striving for 'architecture with margins' that does not impose on the town, rather than simply building to the full extent of the site.
