Cosmos Initia Participates in Second Condominium Development Project in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd., a member of the Daiwa House Group, has announced its decision to participate in a condominium development project (the "Project") in Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City, Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

In 2024, the company broke ground on "TT AVIO," its first condominium development project in Vietnam, with over 2,000 units seeing strong sales. The current project is its second joint venture with local developer TT Capital Investment JSC (TTC).

[Background] Ho Chi Minh City faces a shortage of housing for the middle-income population. Nha Be District, where the project is located, is a noteworthy area expected to see significant urban infrastructure development. The project aims to provide approximately 1,400 apartment units and 12 detached houses on a 1.9-hectare site.
