Cosmos Inicia Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Ryotaro Takachi, hereinafter 'Cosmos Inicia'), a member of the Daiwa House Group, has opened the integrated dog park 'Ruff-Laugh Chiba' in Mobara City, Chiba Prefecture, on Saturday, July 11, through the city's private proposal system.

This project is an integrated dog park initiative jointly promoted by Cosmos Inicia and Mobara City (Mayor: Jun Ichihara, hereinafter 'Mobara City') to revitalize local assets and create a new hub for exchange and tourism. The site, formerly 'Himeharu no Sato' which closed in 2020, has been redeveloped into a facility where dog owners can enjoy "staying, playing, and relaxing" with their pets. In addition to overnight stays, day-use visits are also available, allowing guests to spend quality time with their dogs in a free-style manner through expansive dog runs and lounge areas. The park aims to attract dog lovers to Mobara City, thereby increasing visitor numbers and stimulating the local economy.

Additionally, overnight guests can access exclusive amenities such as private tent saunas (※) and fireplaces, offering a relaxing experience for both body and mind. The main meals for overnight guests are supervised by and Supply Co., Ltd., focusing on a dining experience that is free, fun, and slightly exciting. Dinner options include two types of paella, while breakfast features sandwiches designed to be enjoyed after morning walks. ※Reservation required

Dog parks designed not just for dogs or humans, but for shared enjoyable moments and spaces. The facility includes outdoor areas for play and relaxation in nature, as well as indoor areas for comfortable use regardless of weather.

The food available at CAFE STAND is supervised by and Supply Co., Ltd., known for operating 'nephew' café in Yoyogi Park and 'Hone' restaurant in Shibuya. Background of the Project

This project was selected under Mobara City's 'Private Proposal System,' in which Cosmos Inicia proposed the revitalization of 'Himeharu no Sato,' a facility that closed in 2020.
