Pursuant to Article 24-5 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, this Corporation hereby submits the Amended Securities Report for the 40th fiscal period, from October 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.

The securities covered by this report are classified as domestic investment securities (investment trust beneficiary certificates) and are listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange as a Real Estate Investment Trust (J-REIT).

The primary reason for this amendment is the revision of accounting treatment related to the valuation of certain real estate assets at the end of the previous period. As a result, minor adjustments have been made to the net asset value and distributable income.
