The fund was established with the objective of discovering startups and second-time founders within Osaka Prefecture, as well as businesses working to revitalize the Osaka region, and supporting the strengthening of their capital and management. To promote its utilization, we are collaborating with Osaka Prefecture, the Osaka Industry Bureau, and the Japan Finance Corporation, with financial institutions and government bodies working together to support the commercialization and business expansion of target businesses in the Osaka region.
