Lecture Overview

In recent years, with the spread of social media, labor shortages, and a stressful society, customer harassment has become an issue that companies cannot overlook. Verbal abuse, intimidating demands, prolonged detentions, and threats on social media have serious impacts on employees' mental and physical health, leading to resignations, service degradation, and reduced productivity. This lecture will provide an easy-to-understand learning experience covering everything from basic knowledge of customer harassment and how to distinguish it from legitimate complaints, to appropriate on-site responses and preventive measures for organizations to protect their employees.

Furthermore, it will address communication methods for ourselves to avoid becoming "perpetrators" in our daily lives, and communication that values both the other person and ourselves. Please join us as the first step towards creating an environment where people can work and use services with peace of mind.
